The Property.

Picture yourself hunting in these great Utah mountains.

A double rainbow shines down on a couple of aspen and maple covered ridges. The elevation on this land runs from 6,000 ft to almost 8,000 ft. The landscape is very diversified, with everything from low sage to dark timber. The majority of this property is steep, with aspen covered mountains, deep canyons, maple thickets, rim rock, and some cliffs.

The diversity of the terrain makes this a great place to hunt. A sample of this can be seen in these photos.

Distant mountains are a great background setting for this special hunting adventure. A mixture of plants and trees create many edge areas. These multiple edge areas attract and hold the game animals because they don't have to travel very far for food, water, and cover.

Some of the aspen groves are extremely dense. This is where a good number of game bed down for the day.

There are several water sources for the game. Many ponds and catch basins are located close to the access road. It is not unusual to see moose, deer, and elk on the same pond simultaneously. Some ponds are in remote areas that are about an hour hike from the truck. Most, if not all, of the hunting is done by driving up to good vantage points and glassing for the game. These hunts are truly spot and stock. If you wish to hike, then let's go for it.
