• BOOKING
  Future Year To book a hunt for a future year, a $500.00 non refundable reservation fee is accepted to hold the dates of your future hunt. In January, of the year of the hunt, the deposit must be brought up to a total of 50% of the cost of the hunt. The balance must be paid by August 1st in the year of the hunt.
  Current Year To book during the current calendar year, a 50% deposit on the total cost of the hunt must be made. With the remaining balance to be paid by August 1st.
  
  
• CANCELLATIONS
  If the hunt is cancelled prior to April 1st of the year of the hunt, 100% of the deposit will be refunded less a $500.00 cancellation fee. If the hunt is cancelled between April 1st and July 1st, 50% of the deposit will be refunded less a $500.00 cancellation fee. Any hunt cancelled after July 1st but before August 1st 25% of the deposit will be refunded less a $500.00 cancellation fee. Any hunt cancelled after August 1st, no refund will be made. (If the hunt can be resold by Siggma to another party, the deposit may be applied to a future hunt that is mutually agreeable to both parties.)
